Over the course of two decades, Intershare has developed and delivered recognized and in-demand IT systems for the rental industry. Intershare is the market leader in its business segment, with it’s two rental systems, Onlet and Wincar. In a time of increasing focus on digitization and optimization of work flow, the owners of Intershare have seen the need for consolidation and the benefit of becoming part of a larger and stronger entity. Now, after being bought by Infobric, the company takes a leading role in a newly created business area for digitizing the rental industry in the Nordics and further in an internationalization process.
The new business area will enable a rental system fully integrated with the customer’s machines and equipment. Infobric’s systems are clear, user-friendly and operated via the Ease app, currently used by more than 300,000 people in the construction industry. Creating exciting opportunities in the future linked to Infobric’s unique offer on construction sites in the Nordics and Great Britain.
“This investment is an important milestone for Infobric Group, which has a long history of working with the rental industry. The acquisition of Intershare, Hyrma and Winhyra, expands and strengthens this collaboration. In combination with our existing offers, we are now creating Europe’s best business system for machine rental companies in the construction industry.”
Dan Friberg, President og CEO Infobric Group
“All employees and former owners remain with the company, and we have high expectations for the future oppurtunities. We will continue to create effective integrations to various 3rd party solutions and work with our new colleagues in Infobric so that our customers will become the most effective digital players in the rental and building & construction industry”.
